AppsFlyer renamed Web2App campaigns in its reports

AppsFlyer has tweaked its interface. Web2App campaigns that used to be named by pid now have user-friendly names.

Before: metaweb_int. Now: Facebook Ads.

This is not your integration falling over. It is the interface that changed.
