AppsFlyer that genuinely works — and works well
I wrote recently that the standard web2app setup on iOS with AppsFlyer and Google Ads works… unreliably, to put it politely. Over two months I:
- Opened about ten tickets with AppsFlyer and Adjust support.
- Had calls with three people whose AppsFlyer is configured and genuinely working.
- Received around fifteen messages from people whose web2app plus Google Ads setup would not take off — and went through every case in detail.
Thank you all for the help; I would not have worked it out alone.
The upshot is a new product: Web2App on AppsFlyer. It is a set of scripts that collect conversions and deliver them into Google Ads, plus deployment instructions. I start connecting clients next week.
