The Apphud feature that cuts refunds
I recently learned about a neat Apphud feature that had passed me by — thanks to my clients for pointing it out. Apphud can reduce the number of refunds in the App Store.
How it works when a user requests a refund
- The App Store sends a «customer requested a refund» request.
- Apphud replies with data such as «time in app: 2 minutes» plus other system information.
- The App Store declines the refund.
Result
It is literally one checkbox to set up. It works beautifully — my refund rate dropped to almost zero.
